There’s No Place Like Bidding from Home Facebook Twitter Email This Post Great Hearts Academies September 23, 2022 All the last-minute preparations are still underway at the Chateau Luxe for this weekend’s 5th Annual Great Hearts Gala and Great Hearts Development Officer Haley Kucharo assures, “The evening promises to be a wonderful celebration, with music, dancing, hosted cocktail hour, a delicious dinner, and an incredible program featuring students, teachers, and alumni from around Great Hearts.” The theme for the evening is A Journey to the Emerald City where guests will be transported to the world of L. Frank Baum’s classic, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The Gala is expected to draw over 600 attendees, but if you are not one of them, Kucharo reminds supporters that you don’t have to attend the Gala in person to participate. You can tune in on Saturday, September 24th at 7pm to watch the evening unfold on the Great Hearts YouTube channel or Facebook page. Using one of these online platforms will allow you to experience the evening along with all the guests at the event. “You don’t want to miss an outstanding performance from our amazing faculty choir and a special recitation from our 2022 Bard Competition winner, Isaac Mendez.” Said Kucharo. In addition to watching all the presentations and entertainment, you can be actively involved through the silent auctionthat is now open for bidding.
