How to Join Our Great-Hearted Team Facebook Twitter Email This Post Great Hearts Academies January 31, 2023 Great Hearts is hosting several local, in-person hiring fairs at a few of our campuses. This is a great opportunity to learn a bit more about Great Hearts, meet with campus leadership, and even interview on site. Great Hearts is growing with new campuses and classes being added to existing academies in the upcoming school year. This is an exciting time to join the highest-performing network of charter schools in Arizona and connect with our mission to cultivate the minds and hearts of students through the pursuit of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. We are looking for men and women who are team players, passionately committed, and steward a servant’s heart. We believe our mission can only be accomplished through collaboration, with each of us bringing our unique expertise and gifts to the work of the whole team. We’re looking for lead teachers, teaching assistants, administration, coaches, support staff, special education teachers, and more. In a previous article, we shared some tips on how to prepare for a Great Hearts hiring fair. Alison Chaney, the National Faculty and Leadership Recruiter, also shared the top 3 topics for discussion with a Great Hearts Headmaster that you may want to prepare for: What draws you to apply to Great Hearts? Tell me about your favorite book. Describe your calling to teach or work in education. Be sure to pre-register for one of our upcoming scheduled, in-person events. We just concluded a hiring fair in San Antonio, Texas at Great Hearts Northern Oaks last week, but we still have more opportunities available to meet with headmasters and academy leadership. With several more in the works, the fairs we currently have scheduled are listed below.
