National Cattlemen Beef Association ConventionTrivium Preparatory Academy senior, Kailee Zimmerman, has worked for the Arizona Beef Council as the Jr. Beef Ambassador for the last two years. This year, she went through a rigorous interview process and was chosen to serve as the Sr. Beef Ambassador for Arizona. Some of her duties in this role include: writing weekly blog posts, attending monthly consumer events, giving public presentations, managing an Instagram account, and attending various public speaking and advocacy trainings. The culmination of her years of service is a scholarship and a trip to Louisiana to attend the National Cattlemen Beef Association Convention where she will attend a week of seminars, workshops, and lectures all about the agricultural industry.

“I feel so fortunate to have been given this opportunity! As you may know, I have found my passion in the Ag Industry, and I will be studying prelaw at Oklahoma State University after I graduate to study to be an Ag Lobbyist. The NCBA Convention will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for me to network and become even better informed about my career goals.”
