Stone Overall Excellence Award The Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) recognized Scottsdale Preparatory Academy (SPA) for its outstanding performance achievement in athletics at the 2A level for the second year in a row. SPA was presented with the Don F. Stone Overall Excellence Award. The award is based on succeeding at high levels in region and state competitions. The basis of this success is teamwork, which involves strong community support, participation of our students, and the work ethic required to compete at the highest level possible. Congratulations to Scottsdale Prep students, coaches, and families as your efforts have resulted in this impressive accomplishment. Scottsdale Prep is the first and only 2A charter school to earn this award.
