On May 18, 2021, Governor Abbott issued an executive order (see GA-36) declaring that public schools can no longer require face coverings as of June 5, 2021. In accordance with this order, beginning on May 31, 2021 Great Hearts Texas families may choose to have their student wear or not wear a face covering on campus.
