Great Hearts Harveston Now Offers Dual Enrollment Facebook Twitter Email This Post Great Hearts Harveston August 10, 2026 As the 2026-27 school year began for Great Hearts Harveston, a growing academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, faculty and staff were excited to welcome the first class of 10th graders to the campus. As the academy expands into a what will be a K-12 campus by 2028, it is adding opportunities to high school students with dual enrollment, a pathway to earning college credit while attending a Great Hearts. Dual credit can be earned in Humane Letters, languages, and math courses through Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. The deadline to registister for dual enrollment is August 10th at 11:59 pm for semester 1 courses. Great Hearts Harveston students must have a 2.5 unweighted cumulative or higher GPA to participate. 10th Grade Dual Enrollment: Humane Letters II (GRBO 1310) 3 Credits Spanish II (SPAN 1310) 3 Credits Algebra II, Semester 1 (MATH 1315) 3 Credits Algebra II, Semester 2 (Math 1320) 3 Credits REGISTER NOW! Please note that grades earned through dual credit become part of the student’s permanent college record/transcript. It is the responsibility of the student to research and determine how their dual credits may or may not transfer to their future four-year college or university. After registration is complete and paid, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
