Visit any of the locations listed below, bring your school ID or a current school pay stub to pick up a voucher good for one teacher supplies kit. All Four Peaks locations Phoenix area and Flagstaff Smashburger restaurants Monsoons Tap and Grill, Tucson The Stillhouse Grill and Bar, Tucson Taverna Greek Grill, Flagstaff Follow the directions on the voucher to know when and where to pick up the supply kit (July 24th to July 28th).
