Explore and Discover at Great Hearts Summer Camps

As summer approaches, parents across Arizona are seeking engaging and enriching experiences for their children, and Great Hearts Summer Camps offer just that. With a blend of education, exploration, and excitement, these camps provide an ideal setting for young scholars to make the most of their summer break.

The full-day summer camp is an experience for any student in rising grades 1st-5th (including those on the Great Hearts waitlist) that is reminiscent of traditional camps from your childhood with the same quality you have come to expect from Great Hearts. Each week incorporates topics including science, math, art, literature, athletic skills, and more with themes that include Operation Summer Camp, Nature’s Hidden Wonders, Celebration of Nations, and the always-popular Farm to Table. Campers will laugh as they compete in crazy camp games, sing silly campfire songs, enjoy engaging activities, and make new friends. It’s a traditional summer camp experience with a classical twist!

Great Hearts Summer Camps are available to scholars from all 12 of our Arizona Archway academies, from our far-north academy at Great Hearts Anthem to our southernmost academy, Archway Lincoln in Chandler, and even accommodating scholars from Great Hearts Online. While camps are not available at the Great Hearts Christos campuses, Christos scholars are invited to join a camp of their choice.

Running from June 3rd to the 28th, these camps operate Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm**, providing working parents with a convenient and reliable option for childcare during the summer months.

**Dates and times for the Maryvale camp may be different.
