Over the course of three sessions at Great Hearts, St. John’s College Annapolis President Pano Kanelos and Santa Fe Associate Dean of the Graduate Institute David McDonald will co-lead a seminar on Morality and the Literary Imagination. The seminars will treat works from Flannery O’Connor, William Shakespeare, and Herman Melville.

Saturday, May 5

10–11:30 a.m. | Seminar Session on Shakespeare, “Measure for Measure

1–2:30 p.m. | Seminar Session on Melville, “Bartleby

Parking for this event is along the south curb of the building, and entry is through the south gate into the courtyard.

Cost: $125. Seminar materials will be made available for participants. Dinner on May 4 will be provided and is included in the registration fee. There will be a lunch break on May 5 and participants are invited to bring their own lunch or dine at a convenient restaurant.
