Great Hearts Honor Choir Festival

3900 E. Stanford Dr. Paradise Valley, AZ

Select choral students from 7 Great Hearts Prep Academies across the metro-Phoenix area will unite to combine their voices in the 9th Annual Great Hearts Honor Choir Festival.

This event has grown from its origin of 3 schools and 60 singers to over 180 singers with many All-Region and All-State musicians represented in the mass ensemble. Singers and directors will rehearse together in the afternoon from 12 – 5 PM and will culminate the event with a free Concert at 7 PM in the Camelback Bible Church Sanctuary.

The day will be filled with inspiring musical teaching for students and directors alike, as they are fortunate to have as this year’s Honorary Clinician for the Festival the esteemed Dr. Edith A. Copley, Regents’ Professor and Director of Choral Studies at Northern Arizona University. Parents and the Great Hearts community are invited to attend the evening Concert under the direction of Dr. Copley and enjoy the beautiful music of Great Hearts’ comprehensive choral program, including repertoire ranging from a movement of Vivaldi’s “Gloria” to a Gospel piece “Let Everything that Hath Breath” by American composer Jeffrey Ames and many more.

There are no tickets required for this Free Concert event.
The Great Hearts Honor Choir Festival Rehearsals and Concert will be held at:
