Meet Ciara Glackin, an 8th grade student and archery competitor at Arete Preparatory. In her first year in Archery, Ciara competed in the Arizona State Archery Championship and took 2nd place, which qualified her for Nationals.

On April 14th, Ciara competed in the Western National Archery Championship in Utah and did very well and is now the 10th ranked archer for her age in the country, AND qualified for the World Archery Championship June 7-9 in Louisville, KY.

We might add that during the National Championship, Ciara took time and focus away from herself to help a hearing impaired competitor with whistle signals from the officials. Congratulations to Ciara Glackin.
